Yes, absolutely. You own all the licensing and rights in perpetuity aka forever. If the project requires the purchase of stock photography, design elements, mock-ups etc. you will be responsible for purchasing said extra elements.
If you submit assets or materials, they are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. We are not held liable for the rights of the final design if we are provided any unlicensed materials by your team.

No way. The subscription rate is exactly what you pay at the beginning of every month. All taxes and fees included

Nope. This is a no contract design subscription. You are enrolled on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel your plan anytime. The only thing you will sign is an agreement with all the details of what you’re getting with your subscription.

We base projects availability on how long it will take our team to create. A good rule of thumb is: up to 3 hours per project. These subscriptions are meant for those businesses that need day-to-day design work. If projects will require more time, then they may be outside the scope-of-work for a subscription and would have to be priced separately.

Excellent question. At the beginning of every month, we get on a quick call to go over all the projects you’re thinking of. If you don’t have them all, that’s ok. Just submit your projects via our Project Request Form within the second week of the month.

All monthly requests should be in by the 15th of every month so that it gives our team ample time to fulfill the project request to the best of our creative abilities. If project requests come in towards the end of the month, we will not be able to meet the deadline.

No. Unused projects do not roll-over. Though we will send friendly reminders when projects are not submitted, it is ultimately up to you to submit project requests.

Because there are no contracts, all subscription payments are final.
Payments must be made with a credit card. This credit card we will keep on file for month-to-month subscription unless the subscription is cancelled.
